Court Marriage Officer and Additional Collector Panna District Panna Madhya Pradesh.Order no. 292/2024, Page dated 21 August 2024, Public announcement Notice giver:- Saransh Sharma age 32 years, son of Shri Naveen Kumar Sharma, resident no. 42/2 YerappanHali Kothnur Bangalore, North Bangalore Karnataka And Urvashi Sisodia, age 29 years, daughter of Shri Suraj Pal Singh Sisodia, resident of ward no. 05 Devendranagar Tehsil Devendranagar, District Panna Madhya Pradesh. Through this notice, the general public is informed that the above notice givers have submitted an intimation letter to this court for solemnizing a mutual special marriage under Section 05 of the Special Marriage Act 1954. If any person has any objection regarding the above mentioned marriage, then he himself or his legal representative can submit it in writing to this court within 30 days from the date of issue of this proclamation. The objections received after the time period will be considered as per law. Hearing will not be conducted in due sequence. The second schedule 'Intimation of Intended Marriage' is being sent along with the proclamation. The proclamation should be duly published and the suit should be served to this court.
